Much is made of the state of British industry. Ep4 is manufactured in Kent where M-real have invested over £100million in state-of-the-art technology.
A large percentage of the recovered paper used in the manufacture of Ep4 originates from London and the surrounding area. This paper is then recycled in Sittingbourne in Kent, which is ideally located to reprocess waste paper harvested from the capital's urban forest. Being just over 50 miles from London, transportation is kept to a minimum, whilst the production process is one of the most clean and efficient in the world.
Ep4 is manufactured by an M-real mill accredited
with ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001
(environmental management) and EMAS.
